People on a Mission - Like to Put Things Right

The people I work with are exponents of change.

They work on many different levels, some just want to effect small change, others want to change the world.

The one thing they have in common is that they can't help themselves, they often keep going when most would give up.

They frequently create missions in life that others wouldn't touch.

Their need to make a difference overwhelms at times because they often don't understand exactly what their mission is - they just know they have "something they need to do".

The one core thing my people have in common is that they all want to rectify or remedy defective systems or ways of being, whether they be in people or structures.

Carrying a high need to help people, they are drawn to service industries and they love to help others.

At base level they are trying to fix things that are out of balance or out of whack, damaging to humans or humanity and/or they are trying to make something better somehow.

The journey can be long and hard and often exhausting.

People on a mission are often burn out, they frequently over promise their time and what they can physically do.

With no concept of NO, life can be difficult.

Most of all they are often left feeling misunderstood because they are on a mission that comes from a deep place within.

Its a calling and it won't leave them alone.

The voice within starts out small and suddenly they often find themselves thrust into the limelight without the correct knowledge and skills to cope.

Sometimes they just need someone to listen and help them to evolve their ideas, elicit their excellence and eradicate the potential time consuming errors.

Whether its a commercial project or making a difference by way of giving to others, the message has to be clear and in many instances there needs to be things like websites and newsletters created that most have no idea about.

That's where I come in - I've been putting things right all my life - even in my corporate days I was a forensic business analyst, finding the errors and putting them right. Now instead of accounting and computers, I help people get on the track.

I support exponents of change at each step of the way and most of all I empathise with the journey because my mission to help others won't leave me alone either!
